Approximately 75% of our work involves renovations or the adaptive reuse of facilities; cost effectively extending their useful lives and saving natural resources that would be required for new construction.
Recent interesting examples of adaptive reuses include:
Conversion of a WWII Aircraft Hanger into a Physical Fitness Center at WPAFB, Ohio
Conversion of the ground floor of a parking garage into Dayton’s WPTD 16/14 Telecenter.
Conversion of an early 1900’s warehouse into corporate offices for Lorenz Publishing.
Conversion of 3 WWII buildings at a former Defense Electronic Supply Center into approximately 700,000 sf of business, research and municipal space for Bank One, the National Composite Center, and Kettering Ohio City Courts.
